Our Interstate battery failed in less than a year and so should have been covered under the replacement guarantee. It happened over a holiday weekend.

Autozone said the battery couldn't be recharged. We called Interstate's toll-free number and got the phone numbers of local sellers but were unable to find anyone open.

So we had to buy another battery from Autozone since we have just one vehicle and couldn't wait until Tuesday to get the car running again.

I wrote to the Interstate main office to let them know what had happened, and asked what they do in a situation like that.

What they did was amazing: they sent us a check for the cost of the replacement battery!

I wouldn't have bought another Interstate battery under the circumstances, but that was an impressive thing on their part and enough to make us give them another chance. Good going, Interstate.

These ramps are very handy to have. They are very compact and come with a nylon carrying case so they don't slide around and store easily in the trunk or your car or on a shelf.
