I have concerns about the authenticity of the product and after reading the reviews I believe my suspicion to be correct. The iron does not curl as it should, I end up frustrated and have to use curling iron. Also it shuts itself off frequently, which would be a good thing if it sits idle because forgot it on, but not so much when I'm using it. DEFINITELY not getting the bang for my buck. Will be requesting a full refund.
