User friendly, well made. We use it for a 110 lb elderly lady. She says its comfortable. It's washable. The hole (for the potty) was quite large, and she almost slid through it the first time we used it. We took it to an upholsterer who added some additional fabric to make the hole smaller. Also, we couldn't find a size smaller than medium, or we would have bought a small. Weird! We use it with a Medline brand lift.
