My daughter gifted me with this when my broken wrist was still giving me trouble after six months. As my knees were a greater issue at the time, with a bit of adjustment to the velcro attachments, I used it on them also. It never fails to help and takes me from unable to walk to feeling fine within a few days. I recently began using it on my arthritic neck and I'm so pleased! It seldom hurts at all these days.(And I might mention my wrist no longer pains me at all.) I couldn't be happier with this product.

I consider kinesio tape and what it can do a miracle! This is the best buy on the tape on Amazon ... and the adhesive seems to be better than Kinesio Gold, which I tried first. Although I did like the measuring marks on the back of the Kinesio Gold.

Love how you can get help from professionals from YouTube videos. Just type in kinesio taping and the area of concern ... and viola! expert help at hand.

About 6 months ago I missed a step coming downstairs and landed on my left knee. God, the pain. Luckily I had this tape because my son recommended it and it worked well for the blown tendon/ligament in my shoulder/chest area. Anyway, I used the acu-taping method from a book on my knee and it took away the pain immediately. (This method of taping worked better than the YouTube videos because it followed the large thight muscle all the way to the groin area, which took ALL the pain away. I tried both ways, this one worked best for me.) I could walk normally and even go up and down the stairs ... where before I could barely hop to the bathroom to get the tape. It took about 3 weeks to completely heal. Much faster healing time then when I did this to my other knee when I was much younger.

The only limitation was that I could not drive, as using the clutch was very painful (different motion than walking). I tried various taping to alleviate that until I just used the tape from under the bottom of my knee and followed the pain up the inside of my thigh. Pain gone and I could drive. I have found through trial and error that I have to adjust the way I use it from the YouTube videos and books. If the pain is minimal or gone, the taping is right for me.

I recommend this tape to all my family and friends. I have applied it for a pulled muscle on a friend's back as an emergency aid while we were traveling. Again, thanks to YouTube. When she got to her chiropractor, he just raved about the tape. He and his wife (a PT) use it all the time. Showed my neighbor how to use it for her knee, and her mother-in-low how to use iton a sore shoulder from lifting her husband (she is his caretaker) ... and how to use YouTube for this. Have talked to several PT's about it - we all LOVE IT.

Because of information I found through Google and YouTube, I've used it for insipient blisters, for bruising, scrapes ... all kinds of aches and pains that show up when you are over 60. I do not travel without it. I buy it in 6 or 12 roll lots because I tend to hand it out to friends and family.
