I like my face-cradle just fine, but wish the cushion were a bit fuller. It's pretty small, the center opening rather tight, and my clients are finding it a little suffocating at times. Also, for the price -- i wish it had more adjustment capabilities. While it flips up and down easily, there's no way to raise or lower the entire level of the face-cradle, whish is a feature from my last one that i'm really missing. But, over-all, it does what it's supposed to and appears to be sturdy. So, it works just fine.
