I suffered an ACL, MCL and meniscus injury years ago and have had several braces over the years. This brace by far is the best. It is not made of neoprene so none of that uncomfortable sweating and then itching that you cannot get to. It is a wrap around from the back so there is none of that struggling to bend your knee to get it onto your foot to slide up your leg and in place. That alone is worth it's weight in gold! When my knee swells up and I need to use a brace, I cannot bend my knee in the first place. The adjustable hinges is extremely awesome allowing for a fully custom fit. Great purchase!
