I've been using this for a few months now and I can attest that it gives me new-found energy. I believe my impression of having extra energy is a result of an increased blood flow. The result is I do not feel tired/lazy as I used to, and my frequent muscle pains in my legs have disappeared. I have never had high blood pressure, but for my friends who do they swear that H&B Extract has dropped their blood pressure significantly. I've even recommended this to my Dad who is 77. However, his doctor has scared him out of trying it because he says he does not know what effect this would have on him.
