The seller was prompt in sending me this product and it was in good shape upon arrival. It does not have a whole lot of directions and you have to extrapolate a lot. Unless you are a stylist or colorist it's hard to know as a skin care specialist exactly what to do. The peroxide is only a 10X and really should be 20X to make it adhere to eyebrow hair. So I really doesnt last all that long.
