I was disappointed with this chair. I felt that if I bought a brand name chair it would be great, wrong. The arm rest has never stayed in place. And although the description stated that it could support up to 500 lbs., there is no way. I've had clients maybe 220 and the knee rests are already bent. The actual body length of the chair is also too short and you cannot adjust it at all. I actually wonder if this chair was made by Master, because not only is the quality not to their usual standards,but no where on the product does it have their name/logo. The headrest is made of cheap plastic and is already getting stripped, I have only used this chair 3 times.
