Standers Assist Able Tray Review

I bought this tray for my wife to use when she uses here laptop and watches her favorite TV shows from her favorite chair. We wanted something that pivoted out of the way while it held her laptop, and mouse and didn't require messing with cables and this was the only thing we found that did not have a cumbersome, overly large base. This tray allows a very close out-of-the way fit as it install under the furniture and swings out or the way just the way we wanted.

The only drawback is that we didn't need the large assist handle (maybe in a few decades, but not at all right now) and it was in the way of getting to items on a table nearby. I figured out how to take the assist handle apart then actually hack-sawed the handle clean off! A rotary tool cleaned up the sharp chards and I put the whole thing back together and other than an oblong hole where the handle used to be, it's perfect. The wife uses her laptop and has access to an end table nearby, for her coffee, snacks and remote controls.

My elderly mom saw this tray and she would like one just as it is WITH the handle for her use. I think the company should offer both styles.
