I have been using this natural product for relieving that 'tension' and restlessness, right before bedtime and going to sleep. I am asleep within 15 minutes as it takes off the 'edge'.
I often awake in the night with edginess, or panic and if I take even just 1/2 of one of these, I am back asleep with 5 minutes.
