This is the third Pocketalker Pro we have purchased! The first is for a 90+ year old family member who was miserable with hearing aids, their static and generally disappointing functionality, and the second for a mentally challenged individual who was also unhappy with hearing aids. In both cases, the Pocketalker Pro increased their ability to interact with family tremendously. We are so happy with the product that when the younger of the two lost his, we ordered out third.
