i purchased this for my elderly mother. i was delivered quickly, (with no special delivery), and in perfect condition. set up was a snap but you need to be careful of the brake cable as not get caught on something. i easily strung it through the inside of the frame. after setting up the height for her and showed her how it worked, she was using it with ease. the basket is easy to mount and dismount, but with good eyes. the little hump to locate the front on is not real easy to see for her, she had macular degeneration. i had no problem with the basket at all and seemed to be in a good location. the larger wheels are great on slightly uneven areas up to about an inch step. after that the front wheels get caught and stop the unit. the smaller wheels i saw on some units would really have a porblem. if you go outside you need these wheels.if you transport the unit it is a little heavier than some i looked at, but not much. it folds nicely and can fit into the back seat of her plymouth neon. so far it is a great unit with no problems,used only 3 weeks as of now.
