Title states "no headgear". What it does not tell you it that it is missing the clips, mouth cushion, nasal pillows, hose fitting, and the clips, too. The headgear is the strap system.

The picture is misleading, and the seller has an incomplete and misleading description accompanying it, and clearly knows it.

I feel mislead and ripped off. Be careful with the seller "sleep apnea solutions".
