This watch works great if you want to wake up from sleep without disturbing your partner. I haven't had any problem seeing the display. My only gripe is that it would be great if you could scroll up and down while setting alarms, but this is really a very minor issue. One neat thing about it is that you can associate a time and DATE with an alarm so you can remind yourself to do something in a week. I've been very happy with this product- I've been using it for several months.

These are rated for 800 lbs. They flex a little with only 250 lbs so I'm not sure what it would do if you put 800 lbs on it. I built a 2X12" support that runs the width about in the middle of the ramp for extra support. With the extra support, I'm sure it can handle the 800 lbs with no problem. These are constructed well and easy to use, They do come with pins to pin the top of the ramp to keep it from sliding off of the steps. You have to drill into the step so the pin has a place to go. With that said, these are used for my Mother to get into my house. She really couldn't use them everywhere she goes--I don't think everyone would want you drilling into their steps.

Liquiguard GripCote Ultra Non-Slip Safety Coating - 1 Gallon - GCU 1003GCU 1005 Review

I was very skeptical when I first bought this... in fact, I started out by buying just the 16oz size for a trial run. However, while I meant to purchase the GripCote Ultra, I messed up and purchased the 16oz GripCote X the first time -- which drys black and is meant for more outdoor-type mats/materials, which I didn't know until later. Anyway, in my trial run I only managed to 1/2 of my 35 square foot rug before I ran out! But I let it dry anyway, for a day, and tried it out and that half of my rug seemed to be much more stable than before. So then, encouraged, I bought the full gallon of GripCote Ultra, to make sure I didn't run out this time... and for additional rugs in the future. Well, when I opened the GripCote Ultra and it was WHITE (instead of dark grey like the GripCote X) I realized I messed up the first time. The GripCote Ultra goes on white and drys either white or clear -- I can't be sure since the bottom of my rug is naturally cream (or off-white) colored. But anyway, I covered the rest of the rug and I let that coating dry for about 6 hours (twice the recommended) and plopped it on my brand new wood flooring again to test.

The way I tested the performance of the product was to scoot my feet around on the rug as I walked to try to make it slip. The only place I can accomplish this is right on the corners. In the middle of the rug it really takes a lot of effort to produce any movement. The other way I test the performance is to watch my 10-pound dog run and jump on-to and off-of the couch to/from the rug. Previously, she was trying to jump up to the couch and the rug would slide out under her and she'd wipe out (ouch!). But now, with the GripCote on, she's fine -- no sliding. And since that was the real reason I got, I'd say it definitely works!

I gave the product only 4 stars because it's a little pricey -- it takes a lot to cover a little!. Basically, when you're applying this stuff you only get about 1 or 2 foot strokes per brush-full of product. So you've got to dunk the brush, paint it on a tiny spot and dunk again. In this fashion, the product gets used up pretty quickly. My rug measures approximately 5' x 7' (so 35 square feet) and I used up the 16oz of GripCote X on just 1/2 of it, even though the container said it covers up to 50 square feet. Maybe I applied it too thick, but I wanted to make sure I had as much grip as possible on the thing because it started out a very, very slippery rug. But, anyway... buying this stuff is still probably cheaper than buying rug mats... and is ultimately better, I think.

I've never added a customer picture before, but I'm going to attempt to add one, showing the bottom of my rug with the GripCote X on one side and the GripCote Ultra on the other. One final note... I don't think there's any difference between the two products as far as gripiness... so get the Ultra for indoor applications.

UPDATE: I've since noticed that I had a little residue from the GripCote Ultra side transferred to my wood flooring. But only in 2 little spots. So maybe I didn't let it dry long enough before-hand. Maybe it should dry for a full day. The GripCote X side has not transferred to the floor at all. It also looks like the residue can be removed fairly well by just scratching it with my fingernail. I bet some kind of cleaner would get it up just fine. But anyway, for now I'm leaving it since I plan to keep the rug there.

Chose this product because i'm pretty self-conscious about my teeth. I smoke, drink soda, etc... So my teeth aren't ghastly, but they're noticebly yellowish. I don't actually have the product with me right now, but if you've already bought it and went through the contents - on the color scale my teeth were at like a 3 or so.

So here's the review. The product itself comes with a cd and pamphlet with instructions but you don't need it, you can go on youtube and watch the tutorial. The one thing the tutorial doesn't show is how ridiculously hard it is to get the strips in place correctly after you've "painted" your teeth with the brush (at no time during use did I ever positively know if I had the strips on correctly). By the way, the applicator brush in the instructions doesn't match with what you actually get, and it took a while to figure out how to use it. It doesn't come with any generic lip balm, but it's plastered all through the instructions and on the video tutorial on how strongly it's advised to be used. It's a bit puzzling to figure out how to use the first time, but after that it's easy. The only other thing of concern is that I experienced extreme pain on the 2nd use. So much so, I thought maybe my spit came in contact with the apparatus and was shocking me, but it wasn't and I just dealt with the pain that session. I never experienced the pain after that.

As far as results, it works. Not remarkably, but it works. I took a picture of my teeth pre and post use and couldn't really tell a difference. But, on one occasion at work somebody said my teeth looked whiter. I don't know if it's some kind of gimmick, but it's been about 2 weeks since I used it and I am pretty sure my teeth are back to the original color. Im thinking it's a paint on whitener thing that fades shortly after use.

Does it work? Yes. Is it worth it? Not in my opinion.
