The first thing my husband said when he opened the box was "They must have sent you the wrong item"! I ordered this forearm crutch after being so frustrated with the traditional one issued by my doctor and therapist this past summer. Although I would rather not need to use any, this was a very pleasant surprise! I assured my husband that they are adjustable and was just sent this way for shipping. After he adjusted them for me and I used them I was so shocked at how light weight they where, how more secure they felt to use and gave allowed space for my winter coat with the open half cuff compared to the full cuff (after all winter is cooming and a winter coat will soon be used). This was such a fantastic purchase. I also made a mistake ordering. Upon ordering I was told the color selection could be stated at the end of the ordering process. I beleive I missed it and didn't really want a teal colored pair..so I sent an e-mail through Amazon.com to the company and explained my error and asked if a black one was availble and both Amazon.com and the seller were very accomodating of my error and the seller responded that they would process the order with my referred color. I have never given a review on a product before (although I rely alot on reading other reviews).
