This product is all natural, and does relieve pain,for a while, and feels cooling as it does give you some relief. My wife and I have been using this product for about 4 months now. I 'm waiting for a hip replacement,so I'm in a lot of pain,and this product does help me put up with the pain. I've tried other products,and this one gives me the most relief. I bought this gallon for a family of 5 that have many problems from their feet up to their shoulders, each have different problems, and they love this stuff,they say it works great for their pains.
