Over the last few years I have made a concerted effort to move away from drugs prescribed by doctors and towards over-the-counter remedies provided without prescription. For me, I have struggled with social anxiety all my life. This struggle has grown to a full blown anxiety disorder that has limited the quality of my life. After taking this product for almost a month now I can happily report that this powder has had made an incredible change to the anxieties that I suffer from. Before I started taking this I panicked around people and had difficulty in situations were I was stuck on the phone for long periods of time. After taking the powder in combination with Whey Protein Isolate, I have found that the anxiety I would normally suffer from is greatly reduced and is almost a non-issue.
