Came in very handy after ankle surgery left me non-weight bearing for 12 weeks. I mounted it in the bathroom ceiling just outside our shower stall to allow me to pull myself up off of the shower bench. There was no easy way to mount safety bars near that shower stall . I substituted a 7/8 " sheet line (rope) with loops tied in for the trapeze as I exceed the trapeze weight limit of 150 lb. and I needed to hang entirely from this thing during transfer from the shower.
