I was pleased and suprised that these glasses were amazing. Take for instance the dashboard on your car when the sun hits it (glair) right? The RB8302 polarized eliminates the glair and produces a flat appearance. The gradient lens tones down the brightness of the sky and makes things on the ground appear vivid.
